What this class offers?

This 8-class course deep dives into an empowered birth, crushing the limiting beliefs holding you back from having the experience you want and are truly worthy of.

No matter your birth plans, this course is for you. Everything you need to know to prepare for a peaceful journey. C-section or vaginal birth, knowledge is power.

This method is designed to dispel myths and fears women and men hold about pregnancy, birth, and parenting while also showing them what’s available and what’s possible.

We simplify birth and view it as a natural, normal physiological process of the body while also acknowledging the beautiful spiritual transformation a woman and family will go through.

The method empowers couples by examining:

● How to navigate the medical system

● How to practice informed consent and become a skilled self-advocate

● How partners can show up as the gatekeeper of this experience

Partners will understand:

● How labor works

● What true emergencies are

● How to have comprehensive conversations with medical providers

As a woman you will:

● Know how to prepare your body and mind for easeful and connected birthing

● Feel confident about your birth choices and making informed decisions

● Be able to plan and get behind a birth and postpartum journey that feels good to you

● Understand how to welcome, nurture, and care for your new baby

● Break through any fear or apprehensions about the “pain” or myths of birth and breastfeeding

As a man you will:

● Know exactly how to support the mother through her journey

● Feel confident in creating a masculine container within the birth context and fatherhood

● Be able to advocate more easily for your family

● Gain the practical tools to read labor and assist with newborn care and postpartum support

● Dispel limiting beliefs about birth

What will be covered?

Each class is held in person or online and runs an average of 90 minutes, and light homeplay assignments will be assigned weekly. These include reading, watching videos, and building regular physical and communicative practices.

● Relaxation and physical preparation for all settings and scenarios

● Nutrition for mother and baby during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

● Newborn procedures, newborn care, and breastfeeding

● Healing in postpartum and best practices for healthy, pleasurable, and attached parenting

This option could be one-on-one or in a group. This is a good option so Both you and your partner or person supporting you can attend in the event he/she may be traveling, does not live locally, can only make it on a lunch break, or you will just find it hard to get a sitter each week.
